I enjoyed the multiple pool areas. They provided ample space to relax. breakfast was a highlight with good variety. i especially liked the convenience of having direct access to the sea, it made swimming so easy.
The reception staff seemed a bit disinterested in addressing minor issues. This was a bit surprising!

the location is excellent it helped me to easily explore the surroundings. my room was spacious and quiet which added to the relaxation. joanna at reception was super friendly she provided an really good level of service.
The gym seemed a bit outdated compared to other aspects of the hotel. I found its equipment could use some modernization.

I enjoyed the hotel's location very much. The staff were friendly and helpful. G Rodrigues, the doorman, and Gomez, who handled our check-in, deserve special mention. The evening entertainment was lovely, and I found the food delicious. The room service staff were very helpful too.
I think the housekeeping staff should pay closer attention to the kettles and irons that are provided to guests. These items could use more frequent and thorough cleaning.

The position above the atlantic ocean was marvelous, with two open-air pool areas beckoning us. i adored watching children play in the pool from the balcony. Their laughter was a melody to my heart. breakfast displayed a generous choice. the hotel offered a marina to the left and the lido area to the right, both within a short, romantic stroll.
the hotel is aging, and i noticed that the towels seemed slightly worn.

i found the hotel had two indoor pools and two outdoor pools! direct access to the sea was available. several indoor lounges and outdoor terraces provided ample space to relax. the breakfast featured a vast, changing menu with outdoor seating, just fabulous. i really liked the themed madeira night with local food and drinks.
the coffee machines were not ideal, and i did not like the coffee very much!

the staff helped me check in three hours early and stay one hour later after checkout! the guest manager was extremely helpful and dedicated, she always assisted us quickly. maid service was prompt and efficient, really discreet too.

the suite included two balconies and two bathrooms! there was also a kitchenette with a microwave. the suite had lovely views plus a table with chairs and a settee for relaxing. swimming towels, bathrobes, and slippers were provided.

the hotel features direct access to the ocean. the dive center on the same level as the atlantic pool offers kayaks and paddle boards for rent. the hotel also organizes various trips, including whale and dolphin watching, that is great.
